TERMS OF SERVICE⬩Every piece can be used by me, be posted on portfolios, to advertise my artwork.
⬩Private pieces will be discussed and have an extra cost.
⬩I can wait a certain time to post, if your order is a surprise for someone! After that, you can ask to remain anonymous or be tagged on the post, with no extra costs.
⬩You CANNOT sell, redistribute, reproduce or claim to be the owner of the artwork in any way.
⬩You CANNOT remove the signature/watermark under any circumstances;
⬩After I finish your commission, you get one last chance to make minor adjustments. Then you get the file via e-mail or Google Drive. You can't ask for edits after this!
⬩ By commissioning a NSFW piece is understood that you are of legal age to consume this content (+18);
⬩These commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Commercial commissions are double the price or more.REFUNDS!⬩You only will be fully refunded if I haven't started your commission;
⬩You CANNOT get refunds for commissions under $50;
⬩Refunds are partial, according to how much work I’ve done. I’ll take what I already did off the total price, and you get what remains.
⬩You can decrease the level of painting if you can’t pay for everything, and I'll return the extra money (only for 70/30% payment).⬩Time to complete usually take from 7 to 30 days. This time limit can increase if I face a life-situation, like travelling, medical/personal issues (you'll get a warning!), and also the current queue. Let me know if your commission has some kind of urgency!Important legal information:when ordering NSFW art using a third person image, the approval and confirmation from the person to be drawn is strictly necessary. the statement must be made by person via email or instagram with name and age;
